My name is Dr. Tiffany Jameson and I’m really glad you’re here.

If you’re watching this, it means you made a conscious decision to step into something different, not just another management course, not another set of tools to download and forget, but a journey that asks you to reflect, to practice, and to grow in how you lead people.

My role in this process is not to tell you how to be a “perfect” manager. I’m here as your journey leader ---to walk alongside you, to guide the process, to challenge assumptions when needed, and to help you translate insight into practice.

Because the truth is this: most managers were never taught how to manage people.
They were promoted for competence, expertise, or results—and then expected to figure the human side out on their own. If you’ve ever felt unsure, stretched, or even conflicted in your role as a manager, that is not a personal failure. It’s a systemic gap.

This course exists because of that gap.

Over the next several modules, we’ll explore what it actually means to lead people in a way that is clear, fair, regulated, curious, and human, especially in today’s complex, fast-moving, and emotionally demanding workplaces. We’ll talk about real situations. We’ll examine patterns you may recognize in yourself and in your teams. And we’ll build practical, usable approaches you can apply immediately.

This is not about being softer.
It’s not about lowering standards.
And it’s certainly not about performing leadership.

Person-centered management is about leading with intention so people can do their best work without burning out, disengaging, or feeling they have to be someone else to belong.

As you move through this course, I encourage you to stay curious. Be honest with yourself. Take what resonates, question what doesn’t, and notice what shifts—not just in your thinking, but in how you show up day to day.
