Foundations of Person-Centered Management
Purpose
Establish a shared understanding of what Person-Centered Management is, why it matters, and how it differs from traditional leadership models.
Learning Outcomes
Participants will be able to:
Articulate what PCM is and is not
Explain the rationale for managing to the whole person
Recognize how identity, power, and intersectionality shape workplace experiences
Identify personal management assumptions that may unintentionally limit inclusion
