Purpose
Establish a shared understanding of what Person-Centered Management is, why it matters, and how it differs from traditional leadership models.
Learning Outcomes
Participants will be able to:
  • Articulate what PCM is and is not
  • Explain the rationale for managing to the whole person
  • Recognize how identity, power, and intersectionality shape workplace experiences
  • Identify personal management assumptions that may unintentionally limit inclusion
